Doug Tulloch Piper with the #58 Royal Canadian Legion. Doug has played bagpipes since 1958 and has had 54 seasons on Parade. Doug leads a delegation of Souper-supporters for Opening Ceremonies.
12 Noon - Opening Welcome followed by the Living Rock Youth Band
12:45PM - The Rooney Family
The Rooney's have been playing music together since they were kids but are very excited to perform together for their first time at Soupfest!
1:15PM - Shari & Jonny
Shari & Jonny will entertain you with music of the soul. From Bob Marley to Norah Jones. Not only do they perform with masterful skill, but they perform from the heart. The seemingly inevitable pairing of Shari Dunn and Jonny Kerr could be described as a classic case of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. From their first performance, it seemed as though they had been playing together for years.
2:00PM - Peter Banting
This small seven piece orchestra was formed by Peter Banting in Ancaster in 1999. The group's Instrumentation includes: guitar and banjo, bass, drums, trumpet and flugelhorn, alto saxophone and clarinet, tenor saxophone, and trombone.
2:45PM - Anne-Marie Pavlov
She is a regular performer at the James Street North Art Crawls on the second Friday of every month, and is considered a Human Jukebox for her ability to play songs upon request. Her marathon sessions last two hours or more! She is also a hairdresser for the Living Rock's "Wellness Spa Night" and has cut or coloured over 200 heads of hair in her two years volunteering at The Rock!
3:30PM - Kevin Pauls
Kevin Pauls is best known for two things - his powerhouse vocals and his unmistakable curly locks. Kevin cut his teeth on gospel music over the years.
4:15PM - Robin Benedict
Robin Benedict is a singer and songwriter based in Hamilton Ontario. She has released a 4 song EP of her originals, and has an expansive repertoire of everything from rock, reggae and funk, country, folk and blues. Her unique and powerful voice has drawn her international attention, with regular trips to Nashville.
5:00PM - Al Craig
Musician and Director of Living Rock. showcasing a couple of songs from his up and coming reggae album.
5:15PM - Riddim Riders

6:00PM - Otic Poets
Otic Poets are a Hamilton based band who perform a wide range of original and cover music. They have been performing in venues around Hamilton and Ontario for 5 years and have been featured on Mohawk radio and Y108. You can hear more of their music at oticpoets.bandcamp.com and iTunes.
6:45PM - John Wazniak of Marcy Playground is an American musician, best known as the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter of the band Marcy Playground.
8:00PM - Closing Ceremonies Come see the winners for the 50/50 and celebrate the restaurants!
